David, who is seen here in the SERA File Archive Room is researching a repeater coordination matter.  He has been with SERA for 25 years and operates very quietly in the background.  He and his wife Sharon maintain literally mounds and pounds of information that is stored in paper files from before the personal computer age, as well as many megabytes of computer files that address membership matters and repeater coordination matters.

It is rumored that David and his wife even spent part of their honeymoon working on a matter urgent to the SERA's operation.
